Hua Style Box substation
Hua style box transformer, commonly referred to as Hua transformer. This type of transformer substation is different from both American and European transformer substations. It is a localized prefabricated substation that takes advantage of the miniaturization of American transformer substations and the automation of European transformer substations to form a unique type of box type substation. It has the characteristics of safety, reliability, convenience, and environmental protection. Especially suitable for use in wind and photovoltaic projects.
Basic structure and characteristics:
Hua style box transformer ,The overall land occupation is relatively small. Unlike the European transformer, the Hua style box transformer eliminates the transformer room, making its overall footprint smaller than the European style box transformer. The incoming and outgoing line structure of the transformer saves a lot of copper materials, resulting in lower overall costs and reduced user investment compared to the European transformer.
Running is safer. The connection method from the high-voltage switch to the transformer is chosen to use busbar connection, which greatly solves the operational safety problems caused by cable connection.
Split structure. The isolation knife, arc extinguishing chamber, and fuse of the high-voltage switch are designed to be placed in separate chambers, which solves the problem of replacing fuses or arc extinguishing chambers in general switches that require power outage of the entire line, truly achieving the performance of single maintenance without stopping other fans.
Structural feature
It is mainly divided into three functional compartments, the high-voltage room, transformer room and low-voltage room. The high-voltage room is fully functional. It consists of a primary power supply system composed of HXGN17-12 ring network cabinets. It can be arranged into a variety of power supply modes such as ring network power supply, terminal power supply, and dual power supply. High-voltage measurement elements can also be installed. Transformers can be S11, S13 and other low-loss oil-immersed transformers or SCB10 dry-type transformers. The transformer room is equipped with an automatic forced air cooling system and a lighting system. The low-voltage room can adopt a panel or cabinet-mounted structure to form the power supply solution required by the user according to the user requirements. It has multiple functions such as power distribution, lighting distribution, reactive power compensation, and user energy measuring, etc.
